Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with the following information:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it previously appeared
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in the jurisdiction where your address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification

Response Procedure

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

• Acknowledge receipt of the notice within 24 hours
• Review the claim and investigate the alleged infringement
• Remove or disable access to the infringing material promptly if the claim is valid
• Notify the content provider (if applicable) of the removal

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, WorthyPedia maintains a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, any users or content contributors who are repeat infringers.

Good Faith Notice

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Fair Use
