Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used on WorthyPedia in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated Copyright Agent with a written notification containing the following information (as required by the DMCA):

- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it previously appeared
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in the jurisdiction where your address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification
Response Procedure
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt of the notice within 24 hours
- Review the claim and investigate the alleged infringement
- Remove or disable access to the infringing material promptly if the claim is valid
- Notify the content provider (if applicable) of the removal
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, WorthyPedia maintains a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, any users or content contributors who are repeat infringers.
Good Faith Notice
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Please do not make false claims. If you are unsure whether the use of your copyrighted material constitutes infringement, we recommend consulting an attorney before filing a DMCA notice.
Fair Use
WorthyPedia publishes editorial content about public figures for the purpose of informational reporting, commentary, and education. Some uses of copyrighted material may constitute "fair use" under Section 107 of the Copyright Act. We carefully consider fair use principles in all our content.
